You probably also feel 'out of it', 'disassociated' ... Gluten is a nasty toxin but it also attacks our mood regulation system. It is classed as an exorphin which means it attaches to the same receptors as opiates, the endorphin receptors. Unfortunately it doesn't fit well and damages them. This leaves us unable to regulate our own mood effectively... -

pei wei has a gluten free menu. great knowledgeable staff, cheap, and delicious!! also royal india in sandy on 10200s and 1300e was sooo great! the owner is incredibly knowledgeable about celiac because of a close family member with it. he was very nice and helpful and there are only like 2 things on the menu that arent gluten free. yahoo! -

So I've been gluten free for a week now and i have been having some weird reactions: -extremely dehydrated!!!! so i've been off gluten since tuesday, i decided to do the enterolab testing i will order it when i get paid... the thing is i dont feel as great as i did when i gave it up last time. i've been EXTREMELY dehydrated! and craving sugar and starches like crazy, and my stomach still growls and bloats up a little after everything i eat, including plain old egg... -
