Alright...I'll start by saying that I am sorry you got the impression that I would not like top serve you a gluten free meal...That is not the case and I certainly did not offer you a "plain" lettuce salad. You might have talked to my head Chef who has many calls regarding specific diets...and If you caught him on a bad day then that is the "restaurant" business...
