Wednesday will be ONE MONTH since I last ate Gluten!!!! I am so proud of myself..I never thought Id be able to do this. I lost 10 pounds too Yesterday was my first Holiday experience without Gluten...and it was hard, but okay!

I am very glad to hear all of these suggestions. It is such a struggle for me to eat gluten free. I LOVE bread. I can go a few days without eating gluten and then I crave bread, or cookies SO much that I have to eat them. The gluten-free bread just does not cut it for me at all. What can I do to stop these cravings of gluten?

My sleep pattern is awful. I cannot fall asleep before 1130pm everynight no matter how tired I am. For example, I went out Wednesday and didnt come home until 230am. I woke up at 7 to go to work the next morning and that night I was exhausted but could not fall asleep. I think it was 12:30am the last time I looked at the clock. I often lay there feeling...

I am the same way. I see 3:11 at least once a day. Not necessarily on the clock either. Itll be out of nowhere. Ill be driving, look at a house and the house number is 311. driving by a drug store and there was a sign saying soday 3/$11. Everyday I see 311. Its very strange
