  6. Hi I am traveling to Helsinki Finland in a few weeks and I am wondering if anyone knows how easy or hard it is to eat gluten free there. Hi everyone My name is Heather I am in Newfoundland Canada I was diagnosed 4 years ago and at first it was really hard to find food but I am happy to say it is much easier now and in fact there is quiet a variety here now.
