  2. So - I don't drink a lot - but I really like a brown cow once in a while and I love to make Tiramasu. I found a gluton free Tiramasu recipe but - it isn't using Kahlua which I love. What's ok to drink?
  3. AAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been biking 11 or more miles a day, pulling a trailer with a three year old in it - up hills and against the wind -and no difference in my waist. Geez! Any suggestions. I hear black tea helps. It's true - like someone else posted - that I am a different size by 2 or 3 o'clock even when I've been good. I am so frustrated...
  4. I don't know. I have been really really good - I think - but my stomache has just bloated up like a balloon and my tongue has the little bumps on it which tells me Ive been hit. The only thing different - I think - is Parmesan cheese from a shaker container. Anyone have trouble with Parm.?
  5. I am still new to this. Have you found you get a reaction from working with flour for instance. I have a little son and I have liked to make him homemade bread and muffins and so on. I haven't because I am afraid - but I sure want to? He has no issues with gluton.
  6. I have first - serious constipation, followed by the runs. I get a rash and what's weird for me is I get what seems like canker sores on my tongue and the inside of my bottom lip that is gone within one day. Geez.
  7. iI'm new too. This sucks . But I have found it very helpful using chinese rice noodles for spagetti and have found some great recipes for cakes and cookies which are actually better than I am used to. Google flourless cakes - etc. Good luck. I had a hard time stying gluton free too but now I am so sensitive that I seem to have a reaction just thinking about...
  8. Thanks. This is kind of new to me. Geez.
  9. I have eaten rice cakes but these were "Cracker Jack". But, I may have double dipped into the PB because I make sandwiches for my son, Liam. But, odd you should ask, my tongue feels a little swollen and I have developed little cankers - asap. I have noticed this before. Is that weird.
  10. I am new here. I am wondering ... when I have eaten even a crumb of something with gluton, I get a bit of a rash and bumps on my tongue like canker sores. Is that common or just me with a weird side effect. I don't even know what I ate that was wrong but I look 9 m pregnant, am sleepy and cranky and ... of course the rash and sore tongue don't help. Geez...
  11. I have had great luck replacing chinese rice noodles for spagetti, corn flour for all purpose for recipes that use Baking Powder.
  12. Oh help. I am so frustrated. I have completely, I think, cut gluton from my diet - and it hasn't been easy as you all know - but my stomache is bloated huge, I am so tired and cranky and even my tongue hurts. Tuesday I had a caramel rice cake with PB and J and boom - a reaction. I don't get it. Otherwise, I have been making sandwiches with bread for my son...
