Hi - This is my first reply - just joined and am at the start of my huge learning curve! I would just LOVE to receive the lists you're getting! I'm trying to combine the need to be gluten-free with Atkins as much as I can, so am trying to stay away from such goodies as Tootsie Rolls - one of my favorites!!! I'm really glad I found this forum - and hope...
