In addition to gluten free you need to consider the chemicals in lotions and cosmetics that seeps into your body through your skin. I use a company that makes chemical free cosmetics and lotions. shondamtbc@hotmail.com -

Our family buys our household products from a catalog company that doesn't use chemicals. It requires a club membership but the household products are actually saving us money and we don't have to go to the store, it ships to our door. shondamtbc@hotmail.com
