If i could eat gluten agian i would not. it's so much more healthier for you not eating it becasue of all the chemicals they put in all the foods. eating fruits and vegatabls and protien is much more better than breads and carbs. and plus whenever i became gluten free i lost a lot of weight and i do not want to gain any of it back
  3. me and my boyfriend have lunch together everyday and everyday he eats something that has gluten in it, and after lunch he would always walk me to my class and i would kiss him goodbye, but i would always feel bad after. So i stopped kissing him after lunch and it made a whole lot of a difference, so that may be the problem
  4. my mom makes these amazing biscuts and pancakes she also makes cakes and cookies that are gluten free and taste like the real thing
  5. Rachelle, That looks like a good pizza crust. I don't have chickpea flour. What would be a good sub? Any flour? I do have garfava flour, which I was thinking would be close. BUT...I have one daughter who seems to think all flours leave an after taste (well - at least the sorghum - which I totally don't taste)...so I am thinking garfava is a stronger...
