I am a vegetarian as well (and semi-vegan) and I ordered the house salad and a bowl of potato soup (from their gluten free menu) and the salad was served first (with croutons) as well as shredded cheese that wasn't listed on the ingredients list. Then came the soup (they served it to me with cracker packages) as well as with cheese and bacon on top. argh...

I had one gluten sensitive gene and one celiac gene. So, no - everyone does NOT have two copies of the gluten sensitive gene.

This explains SO MUCH to me. I just got back from the doctor today and he said I have acne. I know it's not. It just flared up last night and I had an accidental gluten bomb on Tuesday. I never knew this about iodine. I (literally) dip my potato wedges into salt. So sad. One more thing to remove. So long as it helps! THanks for the post. ~Lisa
