I've been having this same problem for 2 months now. I have been strictly gluten free since about May of this year but for the past two months i've been having extreme pressure in my head off and on every day. The pressure is mostly at my temples but i also have some weird sensations at the top of my scull that i can only explain as a boiling hot feeling...
