Hi, thanks for the info I tried SCD for 1 week - 4 separate times. After one week I was always too weak to continue. Hi all - thanks for all the replies! I see what you mean! My main concern is cross contamination or unknowingly eating gluten on a regular basis. I have noticed that I have become more sensitive to gluten after going gluten-free (gluten challenge was a nightmare) so maybe that will be enough of an indicator. Hi all - I know black beans are generally considered gluten free but I noticed the one's from Trader Joe's are made on the same equipment as some offending foods, I only checked this after eating them and having a possible reaction. What beans do you all use that you're 100% about ? thanks!
