  1. The gluten-free Diet released early and I skimmed through it tonight at Barnes and Noble. Seems like it is mainly for the newly diagnosed. In the online resouces, she listed one gluten free forum as www.glutenfreeforum.com, which leads you to this website! She says she reads this forum.

  3. The enterolab webpage has lots of information on understanding gene testing. The gene testing results are most useful if the result is that you do not possess the genes associated with celiac - then I believe that means you are in the clear. When my daughter was tested b/c I have celiac disease, we found she has two genes associated with celiac disease....
  4. My doctor told me weight gain is the best indicator of recovery. You can also have the blood tests done again to show if there is still gluten in your system.
