Hello, My son has Celiac, as well as Diabetes Type 1. So, we requested that the IgA and IgG tests be done to confirm how he is doing with his celiac since his TTG numbers came back high (but we are very regimented about gluten-free food). So, i just heard his IgA was 16, and his IgG was 15. Can someone help me understand these please? Thanks a ton... -

Thanks for your reply! What type of brands are you eating for snacks, chips or cheese? We are using tillamook cheese, and get Mission tortilla chips from Costco which say 'gluten free' on the bag, and we've called. Any advise is great. Thanks again all. -

Hello...we could use some help. Our 5 year old was diagonosed in February, and since then we have been extremely diligent in his food selection. We call companies to confirm food is gluten free, etc. The rest of us in the house are gluten-eters. We immediately went to seperating things out like toasters, butter, etc to minimize the chance of cross contamination...
