  1. The last time I looked, Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix had malt in it. I found Kroger Dry Onion Soup Mix does not have malt.
  2. What else were you taking along with the L-Glutamine? How much were you taking? I've had celiac disease for two years and am having a hard time losing weight. I was told L-Glutamine would help cravings.
  3. I called Kroger about their green tea and they insisted it did not have gluten in it. But, it's the only thing that's changed about my diet and my symptoms are letting up since I've gone off it. Maybe it's something else in the tea? I drink black tea and coffee with caffeine -- Why me? . . .
  4. I drank 6+ cups of green tea from Kroger for several days -- it says "all natural" -- and started having reactions. This was regular green tea with caffeine. There's no mention of gluten or wheat on the package, but I know a gluten reaction by now. I was very upset. Regular black tea is not a problem.
  5. I've been on a gluten-free diet for almost a year. I started drinking green tea (6+ cups a day) and my symptoms returned. I was drinking Kroger's natural green tea. The label doesn't indicate gluten but that's the only thing different I've done. Bummer.
