Does anyone know if House of Raeford Turkeys are gluten free? It says it is injected with 9% solution of turkey broth, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein. I am trying to figure out if it would be safe to eat? Also, I am a bit unclear as to what chicken broth's are gluten free. My mother always uses swanson and I have not been able to get a difinitive answer...
