We just came back from a really wonderful vacation in Orlando. We stayed at the Royal Pacific Hotel at Universal. We had great dining experiences.... Inside Universal Studios park, we at at Lombardi's. Chef Bryan was extremely knowledgeable about the needs of both a glutenfree diet (my husband) and a vegetarian diet (me...but I don't eat any dairy). He...
