  2. DO NOT CHEAT! I used to cheat, and it wasn't worth it. For me know, if i accidentily get "glutened" (as my husband and I like to call it) it takes 2 weeks to revocer fully from teh stomach discomfort and extreme exhaustion. I would suggest waiting to weeks for your body to heal.
  3. Being diagnosed is irrelevent, if you feel better being gluten free, then just live your life that way. While I have been diagnosed, I know many people who just feel healthier with a gluten free diet- your doctors label is irrelevent, being gluten free can't harm you or the baby!
  4. I had the same concerns and questions for my pediatrician when i was pregnant, and spoke to him early on. He said that there was nothing to be worried about, and that any formula ( I didn't breastfeed either) was fine. We used enfamil. I now have a 2 year old who eats gluten with no problem. My doctor suggested that I don't do anything different with him...
