My mother has Celiac and had not adhered to her gluten free diet which resulted in weight loss and an itch rash. Add to the mix at 88 years old, she just moved into a retirement community which has been very stressful. She has now resumed her gluten free diet (for @ a month) and her rash has improved. She can make gluten free choices with her meal plan...
