  1. I agree with everyone about this being a personal decision. Since we had never heard of Celiac before, we had our daughter get a biopsy. She was 4 at the time.   3. My daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Nov of 2007 after a biopsy. We have periodically checked to see if there are any events or meetings for celiacs in Regina. The Canadian celiac website lists a chapter in Regina, but I have never seen any meetings listed. Am I looking in the wrong place, or is the chapter pretty inactive? We would like to find a...
  4. If you ask they have a menu that lists all allergens. A lot of their sauces are NOT gluten-free. Some are. To date this is the only Asian type restaraunt we have found in Regina. If anyone knows of any others, especially Thai, please post! Other restaraunts we have found that are pretty good: Montanas has a gluten-free menu if you ask for it. Tony...
