thank you all so much for your help. gees, this is very hard to understand. But what i have from this information is that i must follow a strict diet. Meat, Fruit and veggies. I have for the last three weeks and still have diarrhea, heart palps and very tired. how long before i get better? I work in a very stressful job (management) and can not miss... -

I will try to keep this short.
