I am so new to this also, but I look for the least ingredients and go from there. Like just butterfat and salt, etc. You get the idea. Before Christmas, seeing all of those modified ingredients never daunted me....NOW!!! It's as if I slam on the breaks when I see all of that stuff! Good Luck!

Hey JNBunnie1, That's exactly the feeling of my brain fog. How long typically does this last? It's so hard to believe that Gluten can make all this happen, so the hypochondriac in me plays mind games thinking it is something must more severe. Is that a feeling some of you get? Thanks!

Hello, I just called them about the Rapidmelts with Vitamin C and the representative stated that, "no Zicam products contain gluten". I am questionable about the chews however. So, with that I just took one because my gluten-free has a cold and wrote it in my journal. Hope this helps!
