    We contacted Paypal again and they are still working on it even though they said the claim was closed which is reassuring. If that doesn't pan out quickly, I will consider a lawyer.

    I wish so much that I had seen this before placing my order! I saw this and then went straight to paypal and filed a complaint. Right away OHL wrote back (which was annoying in a way because of all the emails and phone calls I had made to them that were unanswered) and said that he was fine about refunding my money because of the money back guarentee. ...
