  1. Jason, You said that you had gotten testing and found out what you were allergic to and what you were intolerant to, or just had a hard time digesting...my question is: what kinds of tests were those and what kind of DR. did them? I am having a hard time figuring out what my issues are and what tests like these. thanks, char
  2. I was put on an elimination diet by my acupuncturist- she took me off of gluten and dairy, to see if it would make my bloating, constipation, stomach distention and gas. For awhile things got a lot better, and then they got a bit worse again. I"m trying to figure out what exactly is wrong with me. I don't know if i'm allergic or intolerant to something...
  3. Hi Everyone, First I want to thank everyone for being so supportive (i've just joined the Forum and i've been on it non-stop) I'm trying to totally simplify my diet and figure out my gluten and dairy issues with an elimination diet. What are good gluten free breakfasts? I'm trying not to eat any processed gluten free substitutions like gluten-free...

As i've said in some of the ealier posts in this thread; having to diagnosis this all myself, based on an elimination diet, really really stresses me out. Can you be more specific about...

However I did eliminate Gluten and Dairy at the same time- so I don't which is necessarily the culprit. I find the process of determining what I can and can't eat, using the elimination diet very stressful. I feel like i can't trust myself. Like I feel...
  6. Thanks so much for replying. I "know" i don't have celiac because my dr. did an endoscopy and colonscopy and took biopsies and said that i "didn't have celiac". i'm feeling so helpless to fix what ever is wrong. Food is such a big part of my life; and I feel like I won't be able to participate in so many things because of it.
  7. Hi, I'm 25 years old and have been suffering with stomach problems for the past 5 years. I've been to tons of GI docs, and gotten every test. I don't have celiac. All any doctor has told me is that I have IBS. I am constantly bloated, gassy, and took me off gluten and dairy. About a week after I started to feel much better, and was going to the bathroom...
