We just returned from a Carnival Elation cruise leaving Mobile, AL on 8/14. Our experience was terrible. My son and I have Celiac Disease. I e-mailed the special needs request on 3/1. I received confirmation that Gluten-free food would be available. THERE WAS NO Gluten-free FOOD AVAILABLE. We were on the Adkins Diet for the entire 5 day cruise. I lost 5lbs...
