no contest for us - better batter all the way! I find that my baked goods come out moister and less crumbly than when using other flours including Tom Sawyer. -

We're in PA and we go to U of MD. My daughter (now 2 1/2 yrs old) was diagnosed just over a year ago. We saw Dr. Fasano for an initial visit in Feb of 08 and then again in June of 08 and Dec 08. Since her levels look good and her growth has been fantastic, we only have to go back once a year now. We know that my 10 month old has the DQ8 gene and so...
