  1. I guess not, but I dont have much of a choice because theres nothing else in our house to drink on a hot day. Im a teenager by the way, I dont have the option (or ability) of going out all the time and getting things for myself at this time and the way I feel now. Water is always good but sometimes you need something more.
  2. Does anyone know if the ALDIs "Infuse Thirst Quencher" is gluten free? Its basically ALDIs version of gatorade (I think actual gatorade is gluten free). Here are all the ingredients of the 2 I have, Extreme Grape- water, glucose syrup, sucrose, citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, salt, sodium citrate, potassium phosphate, ester gum, blue 1...
  3. Say you got the blood test for Celiac disease done 3 times, twice with added gluten for 2-5 weeks prior, and they all came back negative. Then you got the upper endoscopy after eating added gluten for 2 months (normal diet for 6 months), and it came back negative as well. But you still suspect Celiac Disease since you had a mystery illness for 7 years and...
  4. How hard is it to eliminate Casein, Dairy, Soy, and Gluten at the same time? Ive noticed that a lot of the gluten free food Ive been eating has either Casein, Dairy, or Soy in it so Im guessing it will be incredibly difficult to eliminate all of those at the same time. I already know for a fact that I have some lactose intolerance, so Ive been staying...
  5. I posted the link to the thread I made with all my symptoms in my last post. Here it is again: https://www.celiac.com/gluten-free/index.php?showtopic=56173 Just click that link and it will bring you to the thread where I wrote down 90% of my symptoms.
  6. Momma Goose, yes I have been tested for Lyme Disease. I was just tested for it about 6 weeks ago along with many other things. I think Ive been tested for it in the past as well. GFresh404, here is a topic I made with a list of about 90% of my symptoms: https://www.celiac.com/gluten-free/index.php?showtopic=56173 . I don't think Ive been tested for...
  7. If you have read my other threads you know that Ive been dealing with some mystery illness for the past 7 years, if not more. Im only 18 years old so thats a large portion of my life. About 2 years ago I had to quit high school and go to a different place and later onto the computer classes, I cant concentrate enough to even do them. Ive been stuck in...
  8. What about the "questionable" ingredients that might be gluten free? Do you find that all of them are gluten free? some of them? (the 2nd list on this page: https://www.celiac.com/articles/182/1/Unsaf...ents/Page1.html ) None of the food or items that I use for cleaning or anything I put on me has any of the gluten containing ingredients in it, but...
  9. I started on a gluten free diet about 2 days ago, after eating gluten while possibly having Celiac Disease for 7 years straight, if not my entire life of 18 years. I was having the mainly auto-immune symptoms similar to Lupus rather then D or stomach problems (other then discomfort and constipation). When should I start improving and feeling better? ...
  10. So Jiff Peanut Butter isnt gluten free? I thought it was. What are some peanut butters that are gluten free?
  11. I noticed that some of those lists have products that they said were gluten free going back to 2002 (those are the dates they posted them on). Will most of these products still be safe?
  12. I need some more help. Im trying to start the gluten free diet as all my testing is done, and getting the gluten free food is the only thing holding me back. I heard someone mention something like a list of "90 gluten free things you can eat right away" or something similar to that. Does anyone have that list or that link? or anything similar to it?...
  13. Is there anything gluten free that I could eat for breakfast that doesnt require any (or very little) preparation?
  14. Thank you all for the replies so far. To ranger, I live around Cleveland.
  15. Its finally about time for me to go on the gluten free diet. I got the blood tests done (which came back negative) and now I got the upper endoscopy done, and the results for that should be back in a few days. I said after I got the tests done that whatever the results were I would go on the gluten free diet regardless, it is now about that time. (Check...
