  1. If it was me---I would test ALL my kids with Enterolab's stool test, including the DNA panel! This will give you a 100% yes or no answer. IF this is not good enough for schools to not poison kids, take the results to your doctor. All of your kids sound like they have symptoms.   2. Perhaps quinoa is not agreeing with you? I realized that when I eat it---it comes out pretty much the way it went in Your symptoms really do suggest some sort of continuing ingestion of gluten. Have you checked shampoo, lotions, lipsticks/balms, etc.? Good luck---I feel your pain!
  3. I totally agree with this type of sleuthing! We are in the SUPER-DUPER sensitive crowd----so al lot of those lovely gluten-free items are still off limits to us. One thing 4 years into this lifestyle we have found is that "Yes, it's gluten-free" is STILL not enough info for us to be safe eating or using an item. I have to go the extra lengths now to find...
  4. Yes---the brand is Stretch Island. Yep---I read their website today. But what I got from it is that the flavors are more than likely in an alcohol base---gluten free as it may be, we still react Fortunately, not all of the flavors have natural flavors----it seems the apple and cherry were the reactive ones for my kids.
