  1. I finally went to a nutritionist to really refocus my eating and make sure that I was getting enough calories. She was fantastic and put me on a regimen. I can't eat gluten, yeast, almonds, any milk, anything aged or fermented, blueberries, strawberries etc. Until being diagnosed I also never ate breakfast.   3. I travel a lot and usually make some kind of bean salad (chickpeas and kidney beans) and bring a bag of baked potato chips. TSA doesn't seem to have a problem with it and the beans keep me satisfied for a long time. . . plus it doesn't stink as much as canned fish!
