ARCHIVED Can You Have False Positive Blood Tests?

My 4 year old daughter has celiac. I am in the process of blood testing my other children. So far 2 more have tested positive with the blood tests. I took them for their blood tests right after eating breakfast. Could eating affect the results of the blood tests and give them a false positive?
