    May 21st. I am trying no gluten for a week. that gives me a little over 3 weeks on gluten, and that is just until his GI appointment.     I dont know much about your case, or dna testing for that, but Ill tell ya one thing Doctors dont know everything. They are not all knowing, and the medical feild is every changing.     nak. she said under 75 is normal for iga. i googled high esr rate and everything that comes up is people asking people, even on this site, if they had been checked for celiacs.

    Someone tell me i am justified in feeling freaked. Maybe I cant read. Everything I read said IGA is high in celiacs? Am I reading wrong? His is 122, which would be much higher then the normal? Even Esr or sed rate is right? Help!

    I am definatly open to anything, the doctors are treating symptoms and there has GOT to be a reason my baby keeps having weird things happen to him.     Thanks! I actually started this search looking up Candida and red dye! Definatly something there with both of them. He has quite a few syptoms of celiacs (big belly, runny nose, behavior problems, anemic, diarreah, eczema) so I figure we will try this first, if not, then I am going to try the diet anyway, then go on to either yeast or red dye!

    When he was born there was somethign found in a MRI that he had because of a paralysed vocal cord the 2nd day after birth. It was called an ischemic infarction of the brain. Basically, a stroke.
