  2. Hi, thanks for the response. I did one of those home tests for celiac disease but it came up negative. It's funny because I would get symptoms on days when I did not eat any gluten. I have been keeping track of all my meals and on the days I would feel bloated and gassy I noticed I had peanut or almond butter earlier. I think I may get a reaction from that...
