  1. We order meat from Angel Food! I was SO excited when I saw that they are offering an allergen-free package. I can't wait to order it!
  2. In the past, I have tried making my own from a gluten-free crust recipe. I have also tried premade gluten-free pizzas that I got at Whole Foods. I think they may have been Glutino brand? I may have gotten an Amy's brand pizza before, too. As far as what kind of crust I like, I prefer crispy, but I'd be ok with other types as long as they aren't gummy...

I am trying to go gluten-free but I still have managed to get it a couple of times recently (must not have read the ingredients lists correctly once; the other time ordered a BEEF tostada instead of a bean tostada at Taco Bell not realizing the beef was a problem) and afterward felt pretty sick. Roda, I would love the recipe...
  4. About seven years ago, I started having headaches, lethargy, and muscle aches and a nutritionist/nurse suggested that I might have a wheat allergy. I have been off wheat since then and usually do not have problems with headaches or extreme tiredness since then. I also have a symptom which I have never heard of anyone having before, and that is a fullness...
  5. I'm excited about the thought of this! Do you know if all branches will be carrying this or will it only be at select locations?
  6. I've tried a couple of different gluten-free pizza crusts or premade gluten-free pizzas, and they always come out chewy, almost gummy. Are there any that do not do this? What is it that causes them to be chewy like that? I miss pizza so much but the gummy crusts are gross to me.
