My suggestion would be to go to a naturalist doctor, or an Eastern medicine doctor, etc. Western medicine has failed us so many times... I have IC and it took forever to find a doctor who didn't just think it was stress, although I believe that was a Western practicing doctor. Hoever! NOTE: I do not have Celiac Disease, I just have an allergy. I have Interstitial Cystitis and have diagnosed myself with Tourettes Syndrome (I realize that self diagnosis is faulty, but I think I can safely say that I have it.. it's a pretty obvious problem ). Has anyone experienced these problems? Has anyone seen a direct correlation between them...

Have you all considered the possibility of it being a reaction to something else? It isn't as if gluten is the only allergy/sensitivity you might have. I used to have that mind set, and for a while I would get sick eating the safest seeming foods... but then I started paying better attention and testing things out. I get a "gluten" reaction from honey, oranges... -

Also, you might want to invest in some sort of cleanse just to get rid of it as completely as possible so you aren't suffering for months. I am jealous. The last time I cheated was with pizza I think. I don't remember if it was worth it and I haven't felt the need to cheat again.
