    im planning on going to dunkin dounts with some friends to get some ice coffee. im a big coffee drink fan. but idk whats gluten free at dunkin donuts. so please give me a list of their coffee blends that are gluten free. thank youuus!!!!!!!!

    Welcom aboard! You are very fortunate to have a diagnosis so young! I suffered illness always, and have only found relief in the last couple of years.     i heard from my mom it had had wheat but when i looked at the wrapper on allegery info it says it may contain peanut and it says nothing about wheat so therefore its ok right??? im not sure every time i eat one i never get any symptoms, so its fine right??? help.

    i understand how you feel when i went to my cousins wedding i felt the same even though they made me a nice gluten free steak and i had a coke i had to watch everyone else get to devour delicious fancy adveres and wedding cake. they gave wedding cake to everyone including me! ugh it sucked. i just ate strawberries for desert. its not fair.

    thats awful! but i wouldn't blame chili's. i eat there alot cuz their food is soo good, i get gluten free ribs and a yummy gluten free non-croton salad, sometimes i have the rice. besides anywhere you go you run a risk of getting gluten, people in resturants are really busy and really dont have time or patience to make the food perfect for us. its sad but...

    i eat mickey d's all the time. i read its gluten free but now people say there are wheat in their fries. im going go crazy i eat em all the time! well whatever i liked wendys better anyway. wendys: gltuten free fries gluten free burger(no bun) gluten free baked potato(MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM) gluten free frosty(yum yum)

    i think you'll jsut have to accept that cake at parties is a luxury you're going have to live without. perhaps to make you feel better you can bring a candy bar or your own gluten free cake you made at home so you dont feel so left out. maybe you could ask her to serve some gluten free icecream at the party.

    I am a big caffene addict espically when it comes to the tasy energy supplement "Monster" as well as amps and Bawls. But I drink them without knowing 100% if their gluten free. Are they? If they have gluten in them, I think I might go crazy.

    It really gets me down when I watch my friends eat their cheesey pizza at the mall or at lunch, I feel like I'm watching through a glass window or a bubble, I can't reach them.     I understand completally, Stargate. It doesn't seem fair that we're the ones stuck with this weird disease. Others that don't have it don't seem to understand the pain or how many things gluten is in. i mean come on, we can't even have freaking lip gloss without checking it for wheat! my friends who i telll think i'm overreacting for complaining about it...

    i get some vanilla glazed microwaveable gluten free donuts at the health store nutrition cottage. if there is one nearby your area, you can probably get them there or they can order them for you.
