    Hi. Thank you for helping me. I'm scared because I don't really know how to cook. I only eat things that I microwave. Do you think I can still do this? If I don't eat yogurt should I take probiotics? I don't think they sell them here.

    I don't think my doctor will test anything else for me. He thinks I'm a hyperchondriac and won't do anything Do you have to eat yogurt? I don't like yogurt. Are there foods you can get that are already made?
