My brother's doc told him to try milk of magnesia. I thought it sounded gross, but I was getting itchy rashes under my arms as well. It stops all odor. There may still be some wetness, but I haven't noticed that so far. Take a cotton ball and just dab a tiny bit under each arm. I promise it works and my rash is gone. I don't smell either! I called the company today and got a young girl in customer service that read the ingredients to me of their foundation. The only suspect was Tocopherol acetate.
