  2. If you test negative for Celiacs, is there a test for gluten intolerance? I saw an add for allergy testing & they mentioned food sensitivities. Are they able to test for food intolerances the same way they test for regular allergies?
  3. Since Celiacs has started become more known & diagnosed, I know that some regular food companies are beginning to make their food gluten free. Does anyone have a list of some regular food, including cereal, that has become gluten free? I know Chex has come out with a gluten free rice chex. I'm trying to avoid having to purchase everything from a whole...
  4. Thanks again for your help! This is just so frusterating especially since I thought I might get some results but then he didn't even do the entire test. 10. Thanks, I went to the doctor before I got this reply. I didn't see the doctor, the nurse just took the blood & I left. They took 2 viles of blood. Do you think that is all they needed run all of those tests? I'm hoping he is doing the full panel & not just a portion. They said 7-10 days for results. I'm hoping for 7 because I have an appointment...
  11. I'm going to my family doctor today to have him take some blood to test for celiacs & food allergies. Are there specific tests I need to make sure he is running or will he know what he's doing? I'm just afraid b/c he's not a specialist he may not run exactly what I need to find the answers.
  12. This is just my family doctor that is doing the blood work. Are there any questions I should ask or anything to bring up before the blood work?

  15. I have had stomach problems for 5 years. A year ago my doctor determined my problem could possibly be my gallbladder. The HIDA scan I had showed abnormal which could or could not mean a problem. I decided to just have it taken out to be safe. That was last April. I was doing good until this December when I started to have nausea & diahrea on &...
