  1. to be clear, if i were to have baked breaded chicken and took off the skin, would that be at all gluten free? i have a tough time with my family, they don't really appreciate that i am on a gluten-free diet which means no gluten....... this being served tonight, i didn't say anything about it or anything. i don't expect them to make me food specially,...
  2. thanks everybody, all those posts are super helpful. i have been resorting to eating a lot of sugar lately (it's terrible, but it takes care of that craving i get because of being hungry, and there's a great deal of it in our house that i actually can eat--unlike most everything else) but i just can't put my body through that any more! i'm going to try to...
  3. i am gluten-free and i am hungry. i am always hungry lately. it's really hard to focus and get things done. even when i'm full i still feel hungry. did i mention I AM HUNGRY?? haha.. but really, i was wondering if anyone's found some good foods that help you to feel full. before i went gluten-free if i didn't have some wheat item i couldn't feel full, and...
  4. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  7. i think there's a chance you could have it anyway, even though the tests came back negative. perhaps you don't have celiac's but still have a gluten intolerance. at any rate, keep at the gluten-free diet, there's a good chance it could end up helping you a lot! sometimes it takes a bit before you notice a difference. how long have you been gluten-free?
  8. i have been gluten-free for about four months now and feel a million times better. for the first time since i was a kid i have energy to do things i want to do. within the next few weeks i'm going to eat something with gluten (trying to decide what though.... i want to make it count!) to prove whether i really am gluten intolerant. it would explain SO MANY...
