  1. You can make it yourself! Its super easy! 1. Roast Walnuts-Layer on a cookie sheet and bake overnight (or for 8-10 hours) at the lowest temp your oven allows (usually 200) 2. Grind up roasted walnuts in food processor. Slowly drizzle in canola oil til gain nut butter texture desired. Add salt to your liking. 3. Enjoy!! :-)
  2. Newbie here. I'm really confused about the post diagnosis pots/pans. I was under the impression I just had to replace the wooden utensils and cutting boards because the porous nature retained gluten. Is that right? Do I need to worry about my stainless steel pots or utensils? What about the coated pots/baking sheets and even my crockpot?? Thanks for any...
