  2. He told me to continue eating gluten I suppose with the thought that he would see if the problem cleared without a gluten-free diet and then he would assume I did not have celiac disease. However, I have read that symptoms of Celiac Disease can wax and wane. What I failed to ask him is what would he then recommend if the biopsy showed abnormal results....
