    I'm in the process of getting some more information from Merle Norman. I am having a difficult time making my personal items gluten free. Which is very important to me. The ingredient names are so confusing and the companies never seem to be very familiar with what gluten is and what ingredients are derived from gluten. So, it's daunting.

    I agree with your statements. We must all be adocates for Celiac Disease if we want to educate the public with correct information. Also, I do recognize that Miss Hasselbeck's book is spreading awareness, which is wonderful. I just can't help wishing that she would have worked more closely with the CDF and NFCA.
