  1. I don't use cornstarch, because I can't handle corn. For those like me who are corn intolerant, potato starch works just as well. I've also used tapioca flour with great results.
  2. Don't forget, pop has a ton of high fructose corn syrup. I react to it. Try Jones Soda if you need a soda fix. It is made with cane sugar.
  3. Hi everybody! This is my first post, although I've read a lot on this forum. I'm gluten intolerant, and probably Celiac, but self-diagnosed. I've been on a gluten free diet for a month now, and I'm not going back just to get a diagnosis. When I get accidentally glutened, the symptoms get worse each time it seems. I get really tired and can't hardly...
