  3. Hey all. Tomorrow will mark one month of gluten free. Before i got diagnosed i went to the doctor because i had fallen back into bingeing and purging terribly. So when i found out about the celiac i just said okay. don't worry about the 15 pounds you need to lose. just try to eat healthily and stay gluten-free and see how you feel. well i feel better...
  4. This is super cool! Very fun to make!! I just did 4 Tbsp. Brown Rice Flour and it worked out pretty well. I suggested it to my mom who has decided to try the gluten free diet.   5. i have had an eating disorder for about 14 years. i feel that for the most part i have been in recovery for the last year or so, but not without a few relapses. i was just diagnosed this week and the gluten free diet thing has me a little freaked out. i feel the monster lurking as well. plus now when i go out, people assume it is an eating disordered...

  7. is sadly not gluten free. i thought they were since they sell gluten free snacks on the side, but they are not. and as a rookie mistake i went there before contacting the company. only after i felt ill did i contact them and here is their reply: "Unfortunately, no. There is gluten in our sherbets and frozen yogurt." Can i just ask WHY IS...

  9. once i go on the gluten free diet for a long time will my blood tests come back negative for celiac disease?
