Wow...they really do jack of the prices, that is for sure. I went to my doctor yesterday. I am not working right now and have no health insurance. The place that I go is a government funded clinic. Sweet Pea, our conure and Syndi our Pom, for some strange reason have taking a liking for each other. Syndi is so sweet with that bird. Before I moved to SC and was living and working in Massachusetts, I had great health insurance and I had the best doctors. I loved my doctors up there. They were so open minded about things and so progressive. This doctor that I am seeing now really does irritate me. It's easy to tell someone to just go and get a new doctor but it's just not that easy... -

I guess I am so worried because I have been dealing with health problems for almost 20 years and it has ravaged my body. If I do have Celiac Disease, I think I am afraid that it's not a criteria to be eligible for disability. They might turn around and deny me and think that all I have to do is change my diet. I cooked some skinless boneless chicken breasts tonight. I first coated it with scrambled up eggs, with milk. Then I dipped it in the corn flour. I have tried the store bought Polenta and it's pretty good. I like to cut it in about half inch slices and then fry them. Then, I top it with cheese and sauce. I just checked out your webpage and I copied and pasted the Sambal recipe into my recipe file. It really doesn't look too hard. There is a small Oriental store right around the corner from where we live. I am going there to see if they have those small red peppers. I bet they do because they have just about everything there. I adore this store. BTW...
