Thank you for the advice! I think that eating plain anytime I go out is going to be the way I have to go. The reason I ate the protein bar is that I have terrible issues with protein. If I don't get high levels of protein every few hours throughout the day, I feel bad. Not sure if that could be a malabsorbtion issue of some kind...? My nutritionist... -
