It looks like this has been inactive for some time, but if anyone is in San Antonio soon, Little Aussie Bakery is completely gluten free. Pam's Patio Kicthen has plenty of options, too. You can even have soup there! She also makes a gluten-free cheesecake with pecan crust. Mexican is usually a fairly safe option and there are many Mexican restaurants...
