I have that problem too, but it depends on the food....and it's a big problem. Even with my food allergies there's different reactions; milk, instantly sick, ice cream......the next day, why? couldn't tell you. I'm allergic to corn too and depending on how I get it I can have my lymph nodes swell either the within hours or the next day and the rash I get...
