  1. I really like the Vans gluten free French bread sticks with some soy yogurt and fruit. The French toast sticks are quick in the toaster and get nice and crispy. Easy to grab out of the toaster and eat in the car too.
  2. I used to have that but found if I eat a banana two to three days per week that pain stays away. You might try that.
  3. My Walmart just remodeled and added a gluten-free section as well. it is about 6 feet of shelving which is a big step for my small town. I was most excited to see the Schar past as it is my favorite! I'll still have to order most things online, but at least I have somewhere local to get a few things! Progress!
  4. I'm headed out to Portland, OR next week to visit my sister. Any suggestions for great places to eat? I've visited there for many years but not since I was diagnosed 4 months ago. I'm also lactose intollerant. Thanks in advance for suggestions!
  5. I am gluten intolerant and take Treximet as needed. I do fine with it, it has never caused me trouble and from all I can find of ingredients it is gluten-free. It took me several meds to find one to take care of my migranes so maybe your friend needs to keep trying new ones to find one that will work. Good luck!
