I'm sure you've already given his teacher the lowdown on "no gluten" and "nothing that touched gluten"; do you think she'll be vigilent enough to take care of things if you're not there? We seem to be taking a long and winding road toward a Celiac diagnosis, and sometimes I'm not sure we're on the right road? Did you have a complicated diagnosing process?
