Hmm, I was just starting to suspect WF bread was making me sick as well..trying to figure out which of the ingredients is causing it. I always keep some Prarie Bread on hand at home and have been plagued with ongoing GI problems even after being gluten-free for almost 3 years. Anyway- be careful with Deland..I got seriously sick from their Millet bread...
